Feeling stuck, frustrated, and tired? The following will help. This isn't magic beans territory, just simple places to start if you don't know what else to try.
Give this routine at least 3 months before making changes - it takes some time to show results. Keep them in mind from moment to moment, and challenge yourself to find a balance of both.

Breathe: Sit and breathe, slow down, find a bit of stillness. Ten minutes of quiet when you need it, letting yourself settle, and breathing into your diaphragm. Take a breath before you react. Notice your body, your feelings, old habits trying to take control. The space between trigger and response is where you find a way to create change.
Move: Get up and move your body. It doesn't have to be intense, just find a way to get in more movement, get outside, feel the sun on your face. Do some squats, stretch your limbs. Find ways to move your life forward. Make the call, start the thing, take small risks. Physical movement gives you the energy to build momentum in your life.

Why? Because it worked for me and I want to share it! I've found these two things to be sturdy, dependable, and simple for improving the quality of every day.
